ANYway, another dose of my insane Photoshopping - played with it so much, and it still doesn't quite look right.
Used a fabby Photoshop tutorial, so I can't take too much credit. Just the idea of using the Doctor/Master
Even though Doctor Who and all its characters - (BBC)
