Upon clicking 'Download', you should find yourself with a rather cute ZIP file, containing five 50x50 PNG (and one GIF) icons of our favourite Detective Inspector, with my top five favourite expressions:

:bulletred: 'Sherlock?' - Also known as 'concerned'.
:bulletorange: 'Not My Division' - Also known as 'Pas notre division'.
:bulletyellow: 'What?' - Which blinks! (The icon, I mean. Not the preview. However long you stare at the preview image for, I assure you, it will not blink.)
:bulletgreen: 'Happy' - Also known as 'Solved another one!'
:bulletblue: 'Sherlock, stop it now.' - Also known as 'For God's sake, Sherlock, will you give me my ID back, it's not funny anymore!'

I did, and it's there, but when I click the file to use for my dA Icons, it doesn't work.

You'll need to try opening the zip file with a program like Archive Utility, or something. That's what I use. You'll need a program that can expand zip files. I'm sorry, I don't know how to help beyond that.
